I have these inside my house so I can do physical therapy on them. They are very sturdy!My cat decided he really loved to chew on the step cover strips and kept dragging them off the steps. I even took them off the steps and put them on a table, and he climbed up on the table and dragged them down, and then he continued on his quest to destroy them! I hope I can order some replacement step strips, and this time I'll hide them in my bedroom with the door closed! Hopefully he doesn't figured out how to open my bedroom door! Lol

Made ok but NO instructions included in box. Looked at other feedback to see if they found instructions as sellers response was not helpful. Found instructions, but not clear of some things. Finally got stair together but too narrow with both handrails on. Couldn't open RV door correctly. Took a rail off and it worked OK. Seems sturdy enough and stairs are easier to climb than the built in ones on the RV. Dogs won't go up or down, I'm guessing it's the black color doesn't allow depth perception. Parts were left over that we could not find a place for them in the printed pictures instructions.

The stairs went together well and will make trailer entry and exit safer. The unit will quickly break down for transport in the trailer between uses. The cheap tools provided lasted just long enough for assembly and then I threw them away. I fastened the tread material onto the steps to avoid wind loss.

I certainly understand why there are so many negative reviews on this product. Call the directions crappy!I strongly suggest that you take screen shots of the steps from the pictures on Amazon. Then assemble steps from the pictures you printed out.I ended up with extra hardware and braces with no where to be installed.Understand that the directions are crappy and do not help in installing steps. Using the screen shot pictures makes the entire installation process very easy.The finished product is wonderful!! I highly recommend these steps.

Bought these steps for easier access to our hot tub. So much better than what we had. Love the handrails and the sturdy wide steps!

We live in a single-story house. I purchased this set for my wife to use in exercising her knee. During PT, she walks up and down stairs at the therapy office but can't do this at home. Hence, I purchased the stairs for that reason. The set is very well constructed, except for the railings. The railing posts screw together. Why the manufacturer decided to cut fine threads into the pipe is unknown. I do know the threads are not cleaned nor lubricated prior to shipment. During assembly, the pipe fittings would not simply screw together. I first cleaned the threads and then oiled them. One of the railings will not screw together properly. I need to get a tap and die set for the 3/4 inch pipe, and I will need to get a very fine thread count. I don't know what the pitch is. Currently, the rails are together well enough for my wife to use the stairs. The other issue is the non-skid mat pieces provided for the stairs. They have no adhesive, and no carpet tape is provided. She hasn't had to worry about using the stairs without the pads as she is simply walking up and down them under the lanai and the stairs stay drive.

Great set of steps for our motorhome. We could only use one handrail though because the door on our motorhome is approximately 1 inch wider than the steps which did not allow it to open with both handrails attached. One is sufficient though. The anti-skid tape works great.

PACKAGE WAS OPENED AND RE-TAPED.TWO PIECES WERE NOT IN PACKAGE. THE TWO TOP RAILING PIECES WERE NOT IN PACKAGE.ONE STAIR TREAD WAS DENTED.COULD THE MISSING PARTS BE SHIPPED TO ME??? TOM
