It's hard to beat Twinlab for a name you trust. Twinlab and I go back to the 80s and the then new bodybuilding craze. I didn't go full Arnold, but I did some lifting, here and there. Twinlab as happy to supply some supplements for that effort. :)Anyway, this is a very good, all purpose ladies' daily. I held onto it for a bit because I had another daily vit to finish, but I'm currently rocking this and I like it a lot. I'm a huge fan of taking extra B-vits, and this one has extra galore. Sweet. I also like that, for the price, you get two month's worth, with only needing one a day. That's very helpful.Basics: the capsule is easy to take, doesn't smell weird, etc.End result is that I'd absolutely consider buying it. :) you're like that with an old pal - thanks, Twinlab.

I had no qualms or concerns about taking a supplement made by TwinLab. They’ve made a wide range of supplements in the USA for some time and I’ve taken several of them including their Women’s Ultra Daily.You expect a multi-vitamin to include a wide range of vitamins and minerals but the breadth of the selection in Women's Daily One Caps is extensive. I looked up the RDA for every single ingredient vs what’s on the label. Most of the ingredient levels reflect the actual RDA. A few, like B12, choline, calcium, and iron, are higher and make sense in a supplement for women. A handful of beneficial ingredients which have no established RDA are included at minimum levels. I really like knowing that I have a baseline multivitamin that provides my daily minimum for the vitamins and minerals I want to take. The only one I have to add to is D3 because my doctor wants me to take more. Apart from that, one a day and I’m done. In comparison, with Women’s Ultra Daily I had to take 4 capsules daily.The capsules themselves are large but are coated and easy to take. Providing a 60-day supply, this multivitamin is also good value.

Twinlab is a trusted brand, and these vitamins are manufactured and bottled in the USA. I really like that they have everything in just one pill per day, which allows this bottle to last for two months. The blend looks very complete, and I noted excellent high levels of B vitamins. If I were to add anything, it would be a supplemental vitamin C, since I like to get 500 mg per day. These capsules do include minerals including iron, magnesium, zinc, and more. In addition, there is lutein for eye health, inositol for mental wellness, and I looked up chaste tree berry which is apparently beneficial for hormone balance. There is a lot going on in these little capsules!

Twinlab is a brand I trust, so I was happy to find these all-in-one multivitamins for women. I have had no difficulty taking them, they do not taste bad, and they don't smell, as is sometimes the case with multivitamins. I have not experienced any negative effects that I can detect by taking these. I love, love, love that they are a one-pill dose & made in the USA. The vitamins and minerals included are ones I actively seek to include, so the formula made me happy. Be aware that there is iron, as well as b-vitamins in the formula in case you are looking for or looking to avoid these.

60 daily multivitamins specially formulated for women's needs. Easy to swallow and provide most necessary daily requirements. One can never go wrong with this supplement. Others are unnecesary or even harmful, but here we have a well balanced multivitamin and I am happy I found this. The brand of course is well known for many years. So we trust them.

Twinlabs daily one caps for women includes a number of supplements that I don't typically see - Vitamins A and D3, iron and iodine are happy surprises. Ordinarily, I would have to get separate supplements for these. The capsules are a bit on the large side, and I can smell the yeasty smell of the B vitamins, though it is milder than the separate B complex supplement I have been taking. I am excited about this one.
