I love it, it helps a lot

First, it took three tries to get this item from the seller. The first 2 never arrived by USPS. The third time I used another address and the item was successfully delivered 2 days later. What a disappointment!!! The tape gun had no instructions on how to insert the tape roll. I finally figured it out on my own. Only for the tape not to stick. I’m packing to move, using U-Haul boxes. I usually only need one strip to seal the box. I ended using FOUR strips of this tape because as soon as it is applied, it starts to come off. It didn’t stay stuck with 4 overlapping strips. So I returned it. What a waste of time & money!UPDATE: I thought maybe I’d gotten a bad bunch of tape so I ordered it again. Nope! That tape is TRASH. It doesn’t stay affixed to any surface. I have moved a kazillion times & this is the most useless tape ever. As soon as you tape the box, it starts to peel up within 5 minutes. I tried keeping it down using as much as 4 strips on the flaps then adding more tape at the ends. Pretty soon all the strips had lifted up, leaving the box open. I had to buy Scotch brand packing tape and retape 15 boxes. There was no way this product was going to remain intact in the summer heat in a truck moving 2,500 miles away. The tape gun is okay except there’s no instructions on how to thread the tape through it.THIS IS A REALLY AWFUL PRODUCT! DO NOT RISK YOUR BOXES SPLITTING OPEN WHEN THEY ARE LIFTED BY MOVERS. 😡😡😡

The actual tape dispenser is fine and I like that it has a flap which prevents the tape from doubling back on itself. The actual tape included is really bad. We would tape up a box and the tape would pop right back up. It was bad enough that we threw most of it away and had to go buy some at the hardware store. You are better off buying a dispenser without the added tape or make sure you get one with a trusted brand of heavy duty tape. Because we are moving, this became extremely important.

Good product as described

Tape gun is decent and functions well, but the tape is way to thin. It may work for things around the house but would not use for shipping anything. They also sent the brown tape when I requested the clear. Ended up ordering tape elsewhere and worked out fine.
