I absolutely love this coffee maker! It’s beautiful, easy to use, and makes amazing coffee. I’m really happy with the quality and performance, and it has quickly become one of my favorite appliances in my kitchen. Definitely a great purchase — I highly recommend it!

Don’t let the cheap price fool you, this little machine makes great coffee. Great value for the money. Would buy again.

It says 15 bar but the coffee machine is 20 bar. Also water and milk pump doesn’t work. None of the buttons working and I couldn’t achieve to prepare a coffee. I didn’t add a video or photo because the machine is basically doesn’t pump any water or milk and stops eventually. It doesn’t worth the money. Brew strength is wrongly described as 15 bar although the product package says 20 bar.

I absolutely love this espresso machine! It’s easy to use, looks great on the counter, and makes rich, delicious coffee every time. The milk frother works wonderfully for lattes and cappuccinos, and the coffee comes out hot and flavorful. It has saved me so many trips to the coffee shop. Great quality for the price and highly recommended for any coffee lover!

I bought this machine because everyone at home really enjoys coffee, even though I personally do not like it. My wife and kids had wanted a machine like this for a while so they could make their coffee at home, especially in the mornings and also when they wanted something a little more special without going out. Once they started using it, they honestly loved it. They really liked being able to make their shots at home and have that fuller coffee experience without too much hassle. I’m not the one enjoying the coffee itself, but I could clearly see how excited they were and how much they liked using it, and that is what really matters. In my case, even though this was not really a product for me personally, it still turned out to be a great purchase. If your family loves coffee, this could be a very good fit. Here at home, it definitely got approved.

It’s a decent espresso maker. I just ordered this new one because after four years of daily use my Chefman can’t perform any more. It’ll make espresso but that’s it. The other functions no longer function properly. Literally daily my husband, son and myself use this machine without any problems. Just clean it regularly. For the price it’s a decent purchase and coffee maker. Gave one as an anniversary gift to my daughter this past September 2025. HOWEVER, she did experience issues with the frother almost right away. After communicating with CHEFMAN and walking her through troubleshooting steps it still did not work properly. CHEFMAN is sending her another machine. While that’s annoying because as coffee junkies we NEED our daily emotional support beverage, I’m not mad at how Chefman is trying to make things right. For the price and if it only lasts a year or two it’s worth it. We’ve saved lots of money brewing our own coffees at home.

Espresso machine is SO simple and easy to use! I pressed the clean option a few times just because stuff did keep coming out (which is what it says to do FIRST before using) but it’s all clean water now! I paid $70 for this machine and I’m very pleased with the functionality and the ease of use. I washed all of the pieces that I could, and used bottled water for the water container. The milk frother is great and gives you a good amount, and the coffee is delicious!! Now I can save money by just using this!! I love my lattes!! The taste is rich and very smooth, it will need time to “break in” to get that “coffee shop” taste but I am not complaining of the quality! (I use Starbucks’ blonde espresso coffee grounds) My other coffee machine was NOT as good as this one and I’m absolutely in love with this one! My only issue is how loud it is, but every time I hear it I just can’t complain because the aroma this machine makes is just!!!!!— 😍😍😍 10 stars if I could!!! P.S MOVE THE MILK FROTHER TUBE TO YOUR MUG BEFORE PRESSING THE CLEAN OPTION!! Or else water will spill everywhere!! SO easy to clean! The value of this is great!!

My local coffee shop is closing tomorrow, so I'm extra glad I got this! I've had it a month now and had some issues (waiting to hear back), but I like it better than my old one still. It's too loud for me so I got a soundproof curtain and hung it across my apartment with a tension rod. It only knocks off a couple decibles, but when you've got sensory sensitivities you do whatever you can. Same deal with my blender. Anyway, it turns basic coffee grounds into yummy drinks. Big fan of that. I switched to oat milk recently and it still tasted good (better if you get the extra creamy 'barista-style' or whatever they call it.) I don't miss milk at all now i've got the barista oat milk for drinks, regular oat milk for cereal, etc. Still need to figure out why it sometimes doesn't add the milk to the latte/cappucino, and definitely why I sometimes get a puddle under the whole machine. Once that's sorted, i'll be properly happy. I got a maybe $60 one off here for my first, then this one when on sale for maybe $125? A good step up from manually frothing to accompany the espresso from my old machine (it had a frother but it was a nightmare to clean - this one's easy to clean!) Update: still waiting to hear back from Chefman about the issues. If I can't get help and am stuck with it, i'll get a dish draining board and put this and my water purifier on it (water purifier closest cuz the faucet needs to reach) and hopefully that'll keep me from having to mop up after it every day. Second update: dish draining boards didn't work cuz of a raised edge around the sink, etc, but I was able to get a refund. Unfortunately, the price of the product is like $50+ more than when I bought it so I can't afford to get a new one. Amazon says they'd refund the difference after I buy it, but i'm paycheck to paycheck, so i'm just back to no coffee. Still have not heard back from Chefman, and it's been a month+ so definitely buy the extra insurance offered if you go for this product. You can't count on Chefman to help and Amazon may be limited in how they can help. I recall using Asurion (not sure if the same insurance offered for this product) when I got a dishwasher through Amazon and they helped.

I bought this yesterday, and have used it a few times. Works as described and is an excellent deal and is a good quality expresso machine. The water container does appear to leak slightly overnight, I would empty it for overnight storage. I myself can't empty it as I am using distilled water to prevent hard water build up in the machine and I don't want to waste the distilled water.

Have been using this little machine for over a month everyday - one latte and one hot chocolate - and have to say very impressed. The milk froth is nice, the shots has nice distinct layers with no burnt taste...for an entry level machine really can't complain. I can see people not liking the sound and how the milk froth can be difficult to take in and out at first...but really minor issues for the price and the quality of drinks this little machine can make seems like very minor issues. The cleaning cycle is definitely loud - but it's has become an inside joke - hubby knows exactly when I'm done making my coffee and we start enjoying our mornings together. Not too big, easy to clean, no weird leaks, great shot quality, nice light and fluffy foam, can make London fogs, big water reservoir and I have high hopes that if we take proper care of it will last year's.

Es perfecta, ya que a comparación de las cafeteras de cápsulas, estas últimas son muy caras y la verdad el café no es tan bueno. En cambio en esta cafetera puedes usar el café molido y la leche de tu preferencia y el sabor es delicioso. El video lo grabé cuando estaba conociendo la máquina, ahora me tardo mucho menos en preparar mi café o chocolate espumoso para mis hijos. Para mí es 10 de 10.

Tenía mis dudas por comentarios de personas sobre recibir la máquina usada, pero decidí arriesgarme por lo atractiva que es a su costo, es maravillosa, la recomiendo para alguien como yo, no experta pero amante del café, el único detalle es la varilla del espumador de leche, en dos ocasiones ha perdido potencia durante el uso y he tenido que apagarla, me he apegado al manual pero no hay nada sobre esto, puede ser mi inexperiencia, por lo que sigo feliz con esta compra ❤️

Makes excellent coffee. I am very surprised at the value here. Not a commercial machine, but a great domestic one. Very nice overall, easy to use
