I bought this 4 step ladder of amazon basics. At first, I thought it might not be strong, but after using it, I was really surprised. It is very strong and feels safe while standing on it. The steps are wide and comfortable, and it does not slip even on smooth floors. I use it at home for cleaning fans, reaching high shelves, and also in my shop sometimes. It is useful in many ways. The build quality is very good, and it feels like it will last a long time. Overall, I am very happy with this ladder. Good product for home, shop, or office use. Worth the money

1 Star – Poor Quality, Broke After One Gentle Use, No Support I am extremely disappointed with this product. This stool failed after just one gentle home use, which clearly raises serious concerns about its build quality and durability. The clutch/spring mechanism broke almost immediately, rendering the stool unusable. This was not due to misuse, excessive weight, rough handling, or commercial use—it was used exactly as intended in a normal home environment. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of support after the failure. Despite the product being practically brand new, I have been given the runaround while trying to get the issue resolved. Amazon informed me that the item is not eligible for return, leaving me to chase the seller and support teams instead of receiving a straightforward resolution. For a product that costs approximately ₹1,700, I expected far better quality and reliability. A stool should not fail after a single use. The fact that such a critical component broke immediately suggests poor materials, poor quality control, or both. I purchased this product expecting convenience and durability. Instead, I received an overpriced item that became useless almost instantly and has resulted in unnecessary time and frustration trying to obtain support. I would strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing this product. Based on my experience, the quality does not justify the price, and the post-purchase support experience has been extremely disappointing.

Good product. Only one drawback. It has pvc steps instead of steel steps. Please note, the advertisement do not clearly mention about step material. One way it is good that steps won't rust and is light weight. Durability is under question. Potential buyers should note that it is only for domestic use and profetional users may find ladder damage rapidly.

Five stars! I honestly wasn't expecting this level of quality for such a low price. I figured I'd just get 2 or 3 years out of it and buy another, but I was wrong. This ladder is so sturdy and stable that it’ll probably be passed down to my kids! If you're looking for strength and durability without breaking the bank, this is it."
