Great stuff
I have bought this twice. It smells fresh, tastes sweet and added to a freshly made fruit/vegetable juice, it enhances flavours. Since drinking that concoction for a week, it has improved my defenses. Others around me with coughs and colds, but I was fine.

Well produced wheat grass from a reputable source. Doesn't do much for me, however, that I can discern in a short time frame.
In the "Wild West" market of supplements Seven Hills is impressive for their organic credentials, minimal packaging and range of plant based nutritional products. I've already tried their Hemp protein, Barley grass and Maca powder products. When I review supplements I try to focus on aspects of product itself rather than its benefits reporting only on any perceived side effects because I feel strongly that it is up to the individual consumer to research the efficacy and risk of a supplement for themselves. There is not a lot of worthwile evidence based, peer reviewed, research on Wheat Grass out there but it has been consumed as a health food since at least the 1930s and possibly in human diets for a lot longer. What is clear is the high vitamin and mineral content so as well as being a useful source of several you should take care in how you combine this with other sources. For example the vitamin A content is high and this can be dangerous in excess so while I tried this out for the last few weeks I stopped taking fish oil supplements and as Barley Grass has an unsurprisingly similar nutritional profile I stopped that as well. The green grassy drink that results from mixing a tablespoon of this with water is quite a potent flavour - maybe less so than Barley Grass but since I've been trying that out for a while I may have become accustomed to this kind of taste. It's not something I savour but nor did I find it hard to stomach. I enjoy bitter vegetables so I have quite a broad palate but I can imagine that this would be too much for many to take "neat". It mixes quite well forming a frothy top and green juice-type drink and based on my experience with Barley Grass I have only consumed it mixed with water. At the recommended dose you would get about a month from this making it moderately expensive but not unacceptably so.I had no problems or side effects from my trial of this product but I can't claim to have noticed any benefits either. I already eat a plant rich diet and don't believe myself to be nutritionally deficient so I suspect you'd get most benefit from this if you were lackng something to start with. The NHS list is as being on a par with conventionally available vegetables and no more but I see no harm in enjoying both as long as you are careful about the vitamins that can't be taken in excess.

Great quality for a good price
I am now a big fan of wheatgrass. Tried a cheap pack from Lidl initially and really helped my energy levels, gives a really good pep to your day and gets you up and motivated to get tasks done. I bought this product next as I wanted good quality and organic. I wasn't disappointed, the Green colour was so much brighter than the previous cheap brand and effects are just as good if not better. Really good quality for the price, will be buying again :)

The deliver was super quick which was great as i just ran out of my previous pack. I have wheatgrass powder mixed with my breakfast yoghurt with berries, flaxseed and muesli so i dont get the slighlty bad taste of it. I really like it and it does help to maintain my everyday health. I would highly recommend this product

Ive wanted to try wheatgrass supplements for a while now, but keep talking myself out of it (Im terrible for forming habits and just forgetting to do it!) - so when this came up to test I thought it would be a good time, as Im then "forced" to use it to review. The colour of the powder is a beautiful, vivid green, and the smell on opening is reminiscent of fresh hay. Because I dont drink smoothies (I prefer to eat the whole fruit), and dont eat yogurt, I thought the easiest way to take this would just be to mix it with water to create a juice-like drink. As the powder is ultra fine (think flour) - it doesnt mix well added to a large volume of water, where you get an almost hydro-phobic result, but on experimenting if you mix it with a little water first to create a paste, it then goes into a glassful of water very easily. In any case - The finished result is a deep vibrant green drink, similar consistency to full fat milk, but with a bit of foam on the top, that smells like summer! So hopes were high for an interesting but pleasant experience......I can confidently report that this is easily the most revolting tasting health food I've ever had. I thought Matcha Green Tea had a somewhat "pond-y" taste, but this is next level. The only way I can describe the flavour is like a mixture of seaweed, spinach and lawn, inclusive of mud; eaten directly from an algae ridden fish tank. As if the taste wasnt enough of an experience, the mouth-feel is a whole other trauma. Its sort of creamy-but-gritty, catches in the throat and kind of feels like youve got chalk on your tonsils. The only way Ive been able to get through the pack is to brush my teeth first (to knock out the taste-buds), prepare a glass of this in as small a volume as possible, with a pint of water on standby so I can knock it back then chug the water to get rid of the furry feeling asap.I did try mixing it with some fruit juice, but all this did was wreck the taste of the juice, so the "just take it like a pro" route ended up being the way I went for the rest of the pack. You do get sort of used to it after a while, but I cant say Ive ever enjoyed drinking it.On finishing it 4 weeks later, I cant really say Ive noticed any particular benefits, but I will say that it seems to help early morning energy levels (Im usually sluggish until bout 10:30, but after three days on this Ive found my motor seems to be running from 8:00am), and it does seem to promote bowel movement in a gentle way - so I'll give it a thumbs up for that. And perhaps if youre a smoothie drinker and add this to a smoothie, you'll have a better time than me - but theres little chance of me continuing to buy it - the taste and mouth-feel are just far too unpleasant for me, and the payout (for me) hasnt been worth it.

High quality
Very pleased with the quality of the wheatgrass powder. It smelt very fresh when it arrived and the packaging was great too. I ordered it to use as a mouthrinse for the benefit of improving teeth. Will see how it goes. I would definitely order again.
