I purchased this as my handle broke on my original lid. It is a good replacement but definitely not the same quality as the original. That is ok though as long as it gets the job done and it does. It screws on well, the flip down lid secures nicely after drinking from it and goes in the dishwasher easily. Only downside I have is that it kinda feels like you can strip it if you try overtightening it. But that is kinda the case with most things. They always recommend you don't over tighten things. Would I buy this again? Yes whenever this one wears down or fail. So far it seems like I may get another year out of it so for the cost and using it multiple times a week that is cool with me.

Very hard to open. Bigger than original

Lost a previous Hydro Flask mug, ordered another one, but the lid was different, sip cap, the one you turn to close, not a fan, 3 piece lid, that get dirty after you take it apart. This by far is the best, totally enjoy the ease of cleaning, you will have no regrets!!

I've had this for several months now. It feels solid. I haven't had problems with leaking, but I do have to tighten it quite a bit to get a good seal.

It was the perfect item to replace my well-worn travel mug lid. Good purchasing experience.
