The Book of Crystal Spells: Magical Uses for Stones, Crystals, Minerals ... and Even Sand

Many books focus only on the more well known gemstones but do not focus on the more ordinary items Earth has to offer, such as sand. It surprised me that more could be done with sand than one mere divination spell and it went on to tell just how sand could be used in other works. There has also been mention of stone elixirs, but this is one that mentions more detail about how to male both wet and dry elixirs using various stones, metallic and otherwise. It is an easy handbook and one most useful in working spells. While I'm sure more could have been written, it was a worthy start.

While I work with natural whenever possible, I've never thought of using sand in spells before. I haven't finished reading this book and yet I find it very informative and easy to follow. Unlike some of the spell books I have bought before, I didn't find a rehash of spells that I can find for free on the web. I will buy other books by this author and it is an essential book to have in any witch's library. It is certainly essential to have in this witch's library.

As a long time collector of gems and stones for meditation this is a wonderful book for taking things further. I find the chants excellently simple which helps me remember them. While some may find them corny I enjoy that they are simplistic but impactful. This is a must have for those who desire to take their crystal working further!

Whether magic spells work or not is not really not the question here. I choose to think they do from using them. I have had a great deal of success with crystal grids, and am impressed with this writer's work in expressing the many uses of spells throughout history. The book is organized in a clear and concise way, and gives easy to remember poetic phrases to induce a spell. If a reader was interested in spells for certain subjects, the information is here in this volume ,and presented in such a way that it makes it easy to get going with your spell. If we only base our estimations of what we see in life on what our eyes can see, I think we miss a great deal. What The Book of Crystal Spells does, is goes below or above the surface to work on hidden meanings beyond the ordinary, and provide additional information as to how to proceed with issues in life that need to be addressed. A well written and thoughtful volume.

This is hands down the best book I’ve ever read on crystal magic. Note: it’s *not* about crystal healing, although there’s some overlap. If you’re curious about working with crystals *magically* you can’t go wrong with this book. I was in love with it by page ten and immediately ordered the second book.

This is a good book that you can learn from of what the possibilities of crystals can be. I have crystals and I enjoyed reading this easy read book. has a good explanation of crystals. Tells you how to take care of your crystals lots of fun spells to cast if you wish. How to use them for jewelry etc. Easy read with lots of Gemstone, crystal, mineral information.

If you love crystals, get this book. It is jammed packed with soooooo much knowledge and unique ideas for spells. I love the whole idea of using sand in magic. Of course sand is a magical material!!! I've been enjoying my book and have it all marked up with notes and tabs. It is a good book for summer, now that you will be out doors and can work with San, stones and water in nature.

I started collecting different types of stones at a young age. I did not know why I was attracted to stones and I did not know that these stones give off different types of energy. After reading this book I know how to channel the energy from my stones. I think this is a great book for anyone interested in stone magic. I have definitely learned a lot of things about stones and most of the spells are simple. After purchasing this book my stone collection has grown and I have a better understanding about why I am drawn to them. I would recommend this book to anyone that is interested in stones.

Very good book!

I have other books with spells and stone power but this one takes the information further and gave me much more. It informs you as to what stones to purchase for the ritual you will be working with. How to place them and where to p[lace them. A great book, easy to follow and full of some valuable information.

Le livre est parfait même si pas neuf. Exatement comme je me l’attendais
