Okay but not great at converting
First let me say the quality of the purse is fine. I was replacing a softer version from Hobo. I want a bag that quickly becomes a backpack by pulling the straps differently and while it does that, when it becomes a backpack, the purse itself becomes fairly inaccessible which some may consider a feature but I consider annoying. I also hate the middle divider pocket and would preferred it to be built into the side but that is just me. It is otherwise a great purse for someone without expectations.

Its perfect
I love this purse. I needed something to carry my medication (in a cosmetic bag) with me. It also has a bunch of pockets. I have a spot for everything. The backpack feature is perfect for when you got a lot to carry. The paw print is adorable. I have recommended this brand to several people. It feels sturdy and well made. I get compliments on it everytime i go anywhere. I love the PETA approval and Heart and Home Animal Rescue Foundation participation.
