It provides great support for the neck and head. While very fluffy you’ll find it easily accommodates those looking for something a little taller than average. Super soft & comfy!
Super soft & comfy pillow, like sleeping on a cloud! If you like expensive down pillows, then this is a great deal. It could be slightly softer, though pillows like that are like $150 or more. Those who have said this pillow is too soft are probably used to regular pillows (not down).

Most comfortable ever.
The best pillow ever made in my opinion. I am not saying it's the longest lasting, just the best. I get a new one every year. I am a side sleeper, but it is great in any position.

Not the same pillow as it once was…
This has been my go-to pillow for years, I have them in every bedroom, always got them at Bed, Bath and Beyond back in the day. This new one has the same nice exterior look, but has considerably less filling than my others purchased earlier. It feels flat, even brand new. Disappointing.

Excellent pillow for side sleepers
This is a great pillow, no question about it. I am a side-sleeper. I don't tolerate firm pillows, so I tend to prefer soft to medium soft pillows. This has led to my current pillow to be way too soft, it doesn't hold up and my head gets no support, causing neck aches and sleeplessness. This new pillow is perfect. I would rate it as medium firmness, but very plush and comfortable. It provides excellent support and I am now waking up without neck pain and I'm sleeping through the night. All I can say is that this is an excellent pillow, and for me, I am very happy with this purchase.
