No Bounce Valkyrie Slam Ball - Bootcamp MMA Fitness Strength Training Workout Ball

20kg, sand coming out when you try to put air in and looks like a squashed football,the seller was rude and alling me stupid, they didn't want anything to do with it so would not recommend anyone buying from this seller and I don't think they should even be allowed to sell on here.it may have been a faulty one but as I said the seller didn't want to know and were very rude.

Well first of all I should start by saying that I didn’t buy this slam ball for my self.I bought it for my Mum! Yep my mum, for her birthday! She loved it, because she’s in to her fitness the only thing is that 10 kilos might sound like a relatively light weight on dumbells.In the form of a ball it’s a different story.The ball is very good quality and “squidgy”, which is where the no bounce factor comes in. You can slam it and it won’t bounce or roll. Being spherical it also trains you to stabilise your body to hold the weight so if anyone thinks that it’s simple to use. You’ll be surprised! I would also caution when selecting a weight. They are heavier than they look. I tried it out and was surprised but the weight of it. I kept the 10 kilo ball but ordered another 7 kilo one (another valhalla one). So I suppose 10kg it’s something that can be worked towards.I like the balls, they’re quite a good piece of kit. DO NOT USE THEM IN YOUR HOUSE!!! unless you have walls and floors that can withstand so much weight being slammed at them :-D. They’re better used in a garden or yard for that, but you can also do other exercises with them like squats, lunges, sit ups etc.

I bought this on a warehouse deal and found that slam ball is a great way to end a workout.slamming down 3 X 12 times or more great quality, would buy again.I hope you found this helpful.

Paid full price, legit review.I personally don't use this for its primary use (slamming, I tested it and it's perfectly capable of, very robust and little movement once slammed). I use this like a medicine ball for core exercises which it works perfectly for, the shifting sand adds an extra degree of difficulty which I love. I tested the weight of the product and you will indeed get exactly what you pay for. I really like the product and can't really fault it, nice hard wearing slam ball for a great price.

Perfect slam ball. Absorbs the impact and the noise great. It has a kind of sand inner ball to add the weight, the rest of the ball it's made of air.
