Backpack is good quality and it is soft, I like the color and it is as described in the description photos. One problem is one of the backstraps came unstrapped and the other one is close to being unravelled. There is a loose strain under one of the backpack straps But nothing can be perfect right There are a lot of little compartments.You could put anything you need in it, I really like it and it came with a cute little charm. I would buy again. But it does seem a little smaller.But maybe it's just me because I haven't had a backpack in a long time

Looks nice but small got this for my daughter who is starting 8th grade and my only worries if it wi be big enough to hold her stuff and if it'll break easily, many reviews say it didn't last long before the zippers broke

Perfect size and durable!
Super cute - I've bought this twice for my daughter now for her camp counselor job. The kids love to hang on the teddy bear attachments and it washes well!

Such a cute back pack, it surprisingly durable for the amount of heavy stuff I carry. Cute keychain (it sadly got stolen). The quality is good and has tons of room๐

I want my money back
Bought this 5 weeks ago. After 2 weeksโ use all of the zips have completely broken and the straps are fraying. Extremely poor quality.
