My original review - Charged fine and is attractive but mine doesn’t actually work. Does not diffuse the essential oil effectively.The company emailed me telling me to clean it with alcohol but I had already tried that and it didn’t work. They mentioned maybe one of the caps was defective and after a closer look, yes, one of them was defective and had no hole in the metal part of the cap. I used a punch on it and now it works fine.I can’t give this 5 stars as it is necessary to use the proprietary bottles and caps for proper diffusion. Only two come with the kit.When you order more, they are from a different Amazon seller. Did not work ! Sent it back - maybe it was just mine . I really wanted a waterless essential oil diffuser that was not ridiculously expensive - I guess you get what you pay for

We received this product recently and I am totally impressed by the quality of this diffuser. This model is large, and I do not need to recharge it for more than several hours. This mist that comes out from the top of the diffuser will not sit on the top of the diffuser. Also, more importantly, I believe, from these days of using it, the solution inside the diffuser will not leak out. Therefore, the quality of the diffuser is really excellent.

I liked that it doesn’t require water and that I could easily use my EO directly from the bottle. But after a month it stopped diffusing :(

nice design, fit into cupholder but stop working after one week. returned.
