Was pretty sceptical this would work to start with. I injured my right shoulder quite badly with a suspected shoulder cuff tear. Have been having physiotherapy for few months which has helped a lot and seems to be restoring almost all movement and strength so far so good. But couldn't shake extreme soreness in muscle just past armpit, underarm/on back. Was using spikey ball to massage as physio recommended it over a normal tennis ball, but soreness was not going at all. Saw this product on sale black Friday by chance and thought I'd give it a try. Completely blown away with results and very quickly within day or two soreness started to go. After using this ball 2-3 weeks soreness virtually gone completely which is no mean feat as I had soreness for 5 months since I injured shoulder. Don't get me wrong physio has helped hugely restoring my shoulder (after surgeon incorrectly diagnosed me with a SLAP tear and said I'd need major surgery). But this ball has definitely worked on the soreness that hay would not go and immediately made a huge difference. Highly recommend and I'm not the type of person who would normally bother to write this type of long review but felt only fair to in the off chance it can help someone else with an injury.

Perfect size for my hand. Good and hard too.

Love this, my experience with it is that it does everything that it claims to. I use it on my feet and piriformis. I would say that if you're planning on buying this, check out the videos on tptherapy's website and/or read the excellent "complete guide to foam rolling" There is a softer ball available, so do ensure you get the right density for you.

I got sciatica lower back into buttocks down the leg, this ball was effective really helped sitting on ball to massage my bum

Recommend by my physio after a shoulder injury, worked a treat & a lot cheaper the multiple physio sessions. I still use it even though my injury has cleared.

Hits the spot, doesn't slip on walls, nice material, different to a lacrosse ball both are great to have for getting those knots out.

ho acquistato diverse palline per massaggiare i muscoli dopo lo sport da usare insieme al foam rooller. Tra tutte quelle in mio possesso questa è la migliore. La pallina infatti riesce ad arrivare in punti specifici dove il foam roller essendo di dimensioni maggiori risultata scomodo. Il prezzo non è certamente economico ma riesce ad andare in profondità nel muscolo sciogliendo le contratture muscolari e dando un buon sollievo . buon massaggio

Achtung - klein und gemein! (Schön, wenn der Schmerz nachlässt.) Ich habe 2 von den Kleinen und auch den Großen mit 12cm. Ich mag diese Bälle lieber, als die aus Styropor oder Holz. Sie sind ausgesprochen fest und formstabil, aber dennoch irgendwie angenehm, erst recht, wenn man sie auf der bloßen Haut anwendet (. z.B. an der Wade). Durch die Beschichtung rutschen sie auch nicht weg, wodurch man seine Triggerpunkte sehr gut punktgenau behandeln kann. Wer also nach einem geeigneten 'Folterinstrument' gegen Muskelverhärtung sucht, dem kann ich diese Bälle absolut empfehlen! ;)
