Just purchased and started using it. It's non stick and light weight, minimal oil required do far. So far so good. I'll know more when use for it for a year. I will observe it for durability. I'm using it carefully for now. Haven't yet tried metal spoons on it yet. Using wooden ladles for now. It's a beautiful looking piece
