Amazing Umbrella. Love that the button not only opens it but extends it from the handle too. And really is windproof, strong wind blew it and it kept its shape perfectly, no going inside out like all other makes would have. It looks truly so expensive, classy and beautiful! Seems good quality but arrived with a deep scratch in the handle - which looks and feels like plastic or some sort of composite material and not wood. Too much hassle to return it and it's not very noticeable but there was bubble wrap taped around the handle so the scratch must have been there from before it was packed which doesn't say much for quality control. Opens automatically and quite forcefully so you need to hold on tight - also folds automatically but you still need to pull it down to collapse the length, which with such a strong mechanism isn't easy. As with all similar brollies the position of the vents makes it impossible to fold neatly (a bit more thought with the design so the vent edges aren't on the folding edges might help). Slightly heavier than stated (weighed with luggage scales as 0.5kg) but won't know if it does what it claims until it's raining and windy. Definitely too big to go in a handbag but I will keep it in a holdall I take with me most of the time anyway.

Fantastic customer service. Mine got replaced under the 2-year warranty (bought in Feb 2024). I was in correspondence with Emma B. who was super nice and responsive. Replaced mine with the same colour within one week. The umbrella is of high quality with great features such as the double overlapping layer for wind resistance, the reflective strip and the automatic open and close button. It flipped inside out one super windy night, but managed to get it back in shape with no damage. It's weight is not very light but not too heavy, just enough for it to still be of high quality. I definitely got my money's worth especially with the English weather.

Very nicely made, good quality brolly. Easy to open / close at the touch of a button, and thanks to the zip on the cover when folded down, very easy to pack away neatly too. Reflective edging a nice, relatively subtle touch. Handle very comfortable to hold and grip. Good value for money.

The umbrella looks and feels sturdy and well made, but not too heavy. The push button to open, can also be used to take the umbrella down. However it should be noted that when putting the umbrella up, it does open quite quickly and should be held away from your body, and that of others. Lastly, after 'automatically' closing, you do have to manually collapse the telescopic handle. All in all an excellent umbrella, which I am hoping will last me for many years.

Jan. 2024. bought Nov 2023. I usually use non-folding umbrellas for sturdiness but this one seems to be holding up to Vancouver BC weather. It has a good size canopy yet packs down nicely and its weight is nice to handle. I returned the Non-folding version as I found it awkward to hold because it was heavy and the weight seemed to center away from the hand and was bad on my wrist. I like the zipper cover it comes with which helps it pack smaller. It does take a bit of force to push down after using the automatic button to release the canopy. I presume the spring strength is a sign of a quality mechanism will add to longevity. The materials feel high quality from the handle, shaft, spring mechanism, automatic engage/release button, and canopy material. It has lasted some good wind gusts and did not seem to even stress the umbrella.

Toller Schirm in leuchtend gelb, genau das Richtige bei trübem Wetter. Solide Ausführung, automatisches Öffnen und Schließen funktioniert einwandfrei. Durch die kräftige Ausfürung ist der Schirm dicker als gewöhnlich. Da die Hülle einen Halbreißverschluss (super!) hat, ist er dennoch leicht wieder zu verpacken. Bei Regen ohne hohem Windaufkommen hat er sich bewährt, wenn er sich jetzt noch als windstabil und langlebig erweist, bleibe ich glücklich damit.

I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service from this company. When they learned of my difficulty with the product, they immediately provided a solution and replaced it at no extra cost, covered under the 2-year warranty. The umbrella itself is fantastic, and the windproof system is truly impressive. I highly recommend it.
