Best kit ever for smooth, thickened eyebrows
I LOVED this eyebrow lamination kit! When my hair turned gray, my previously straight brows began to become unmanageable, with different hairs sticking out in different directions, and some hairs just plain frizzing the way some of my head hairs did. No matter how much brow gel I used, they would not lie flat, but if I plucked them, it left a bare spot in my brows. This easy-to-use kit solved ALL those problems. You start with a freshly washed face. Since you have to wait 24 hours to shower again after you are done, now is a good time to shower. You use the included tools to carefully put Vaseline (not included) around your brows to protect your skin. Now for the kit: First, you use a cotton swab to clean your brows with the special cleaner in a bottle in the kit. Second, you brush on a washable glue solution from the next bottle, so that all your brows are made to lie down flat, all going in the right direction. Third, you brush on a relaxer perm solution from the next bottle. You cover your brows with some included plastic wrap (like Saran Wrap) and wait 10 minutes. You then wash that off with water. Fourth, you brush on a fixer solution, cover your brows again with fresh plastic wrap, and wait then more minutes. You then wash that all off. Fifth, you brush on the nutrition lotion (which is like a conditioner) to soften and thicken your brows, then gently wipe that off with cotton pads or a carefully folded Kleenex. You have to wait 24 hours before getting your brows wet, so you just use a facial cleansing cloth of whatever brand you want (Ponds and Neutrogena make pretty good ones) to clean your face around your brows. The bottles in the kit are clearly labeled and big enough you can probably get five or so uses from the kit. A bunch of disposable brushes and tiny tools to move individual hairs into place are included. I have delicate skin so I used some over-the-counter cortisone cream around my brows when I was done to prevent any irritation.Your brows end up smooth, straight, and amazingly soft and full - it’s like doubling the thickness!!!. I used brown beard dye a week later to darken my gray hairs again. If you don’t have many gray hairs, you could easily get by with just brow mascara, like the one made by Physicians Formula. You get about three weeks of completely manageable brows before unruly hairs grow out long enough that you need to repeat the process. I had no problem with hair breakage or loss, but if I did, I’d just give up the dye and stick with brow mascara. The flat small box easily fit in my bathroom drawer for storage. I thought this was a perfect kit and will definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Worth it!!
With a little patience and lots of YouTube and TT videos, I’ve been able to achieve salon-like results at home. One kit is enough to do a few treatments for both my eyelashes and eyebrows. I just purchased my fifth kit and have been doing my lashes for almost a year and brows for over year. Huge value!! Just be patient, do your research, and be sure to use plenty of glue.

So far so good!
I’ve only had my brows professionally laminated twice and I loved everything but paying $80+tip to get them done. I was eager (and nervous) to try this kit.The instructions were pretty easy to follow. Here are some tips:-I found it best to lay out the supplies in order so I’m ready for the next step.-I also used a ton of cotton rounds to clean up between steps.-I also squirted the gels onto the cotton rounds so I could dip my brushes in them.-I found it easier to work with one brow at a time.-The brow glue starts to dry really quickly so I found it best to work in smaller sections instead of applying glue to the whole brow. This way you aren’t rushing to comb your hairs before the glue dries. When it dries it becomes very hard to brush and shape, which can lead to you accidentally pulling some brow hairs out.-set a timer on your phone to make sure you are letting your brows set for the correct amount of timeWhen getting my brows professionally laminated, I usually only see results for ~3 weeks before it starts to fade back to the original shape. I just used this kit for the first time 2 days ago so I can’t speak to the longevity of it, but I’ll update my review after.Overall, I’m very pleased with this! It was pretty straightforward for a first timer and for $25 it seems like a steal!

An ok product, but not for me
Ok friends ... here's the deal. I gave this 4 stars even though for me personally it might have been a 2 or 3 star product - the reason being that while it didn't work for me, it still seemed like a decent quality item that might work for other customers better than it did in my situation and for my particular needs/preferences.First, this was one of the less expensive brow laminating kits here on Amazon and it had decent reviews, so I decided to give it a try. It was packaged nicely and arrived fast.I've never had lamination done professionally but I do a lot of my own hair and beauty stuff so I figured I'd do it myself and give it a try without paying a salon a bunch of money just to see if this brow lamination stuff really lived up to all the hype.It took quite awhile to get my brows the way I wanted with the glue (which I was confused about at first). I messed around with the placement of every individual hair for what seemed like eons (I was DETERMINED to have perfect results), but finally I got them where I liked them. I got to the steps with the perming solution and plastic and those steps went a lot faster than the gluing (which basically took forever because I'm obsessively particular).I worried a little about skin irritation or sensitivity but it didn't seem to bother me much. The kit did do what it purports to do - it permed/laminated my brows and made the hairs lay down and stay in more pleasing and uniform direction. I was initially pretty impressed with my results. The first concerns for me were: 1) it made my brows feel really dry, and 2) some of the hairs actually fell out.My brows are already really sparse, so I can't afford to lose any hairs - although I do admit this might've been caused more by my excessive manipulation of the hairs over and over before doing the lamination than something caused by the solution itself.Overall I was pretty happy with my results. However, within only a few days, my hairs had already begun growing out. I thought I'd have more time before this became an issue - guess I never noticed how fast they grow! While the hairs remained straight and nice on the ends, just those few millimeters of outgrowth began forcing the hairs to stick out & again go in a direction I didn't like. Worse, the hairs were now bent at a 90° angle where they had originally met my skin and had been permed to go in a direction they didn't normally grow in.Soon they began looking worse than they had to begin with, and I really wasn't sure if I was comfortable doing another lamination again so soon to fix the problem. I'm sure if I had, the solution would've worked, but because the hairs had already been dried out (not to mention losing some of them in the process) I decided against a redo or touch up. I had to just grit my teeth and wait as they slowly grew back out.I don't have the patience to keep this maintenance up every week, but for someone who does, there was plenty of product left to do more laminations (had I been so inclined).Since I didn't give it a second try, it's impossible to know if it would've damaged my brows or if it might've been ok. It's hard to fault the seller for that uncertainty, and I just didn't think the regrowth would happen so quickly that I'd have to reapply basically every week to keep them looking right. Hopefully other buyers will have a better experience.--------If my review helped you, please give me a thumbs up👍 ... I'm working on building a review blog and need those "helpful" votes!
