I get golfer's elbow a lot and during flare ups I use this daily. Nothing else makes as big of a difference. It's fairly flexible when cold and the fuzzy side doesn't require me to put something under it.

We have used several of these shoulder cold-pack devices and find that some have more gel than others. With less gel the device stays cold out of the freezer for only 15 min. IF this is long enough for your purposes then you're good to go--this one is comfortable and easy to put on. We mostly use a different one though that has thicker gel pockets and stays cold for 20-25 minGood luck

Love this, would give 5 stars but just a little difficult to apply Velcro one-handed. Bought for hot flashes and it’s really helped! Generous size and great quality.

I got this after breaking my knee and it's my favorite ice pack. Great to re-use, as the gel has a nice consistency over time. I've been using this twice a day over three weeks. Takes a couple hours to freeze so that it works longer. It comes with two long velcro straps to use to keep the ice pack on. It also comes with a re-usable bag to keep the ice pack from getting freezer burn. I use the least insulated side because I have wraps on my leg and it works well. But the other side is very soft and nice on bare skin. If you follow the directions on the pack, you shouldn't have any problems.

I broke my elbow a year ago and had major surgery. I'm still in pain a year later, and this ice wrap is such a help. It's comfortable, stays cold for about an hour, and helps with my pain.
