Update after first 4 weeks. Have gained about 2lbs of lean mass with 3day/Wk Resistance training and body fat% reduced to 10.2% from 12.5% while in a calorie surplus/bulk. I would say it works well, not miraculous but helps with muscle gains. Safe and with zero side effects.

I take 2 tablets together at night and I noticed I get extremely hungry about an hour if having these. It's extremely difficult to say if these are helping me build muscle because I could have been getting bigger without these. But if you struggle to get the calories in these could help increase appetite. I'm not exaggerating it really makes me starving

Tried lots of natural supplements over many years, creatine gives energy, and i’ve tried edclysterone b4 at lower dose but i never sustained it. Picked up again after a break from working out, i can say this acts like creatine, but i noticed a lot more pump and muscle size , other people notice too. I don’t take steroids and never will, so i thought this is a good natural second and it was, until after about a month I got palpitations, I checked BP and fine, had an ecg,- ok, but the palpitations were a lot, so i lowered dose and frequency, and although they reduced , they continued, so after talking to my doctor I decided to stop . I started again after some months off, and yep, I got palpitations again, so that was the end of these for me. If I didn’t get the side effects I would have continued.

I was initially skeptical of Beta Ecdysterone but based on one scientific study's findings decided to give it a try. Been taking this product (2 pills a day at once in the morning on training days, and 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening on off days to 'maintain' the benefits). Bankdrücken nur mit 50% des Normal-Gewichts trainieren konnte, habe ich im Juni/Juli 2023 erstmals wieder Supps zum Kraft- und Muskelaufbau genommen. Ich habe in 6 Wochen deutlich an Kraft und Muskelmasse zugelegt. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden und kann das Produkt empfehlen.

Pour l'instant, j'ai l'impression que ça marche, mes muscles se développent plus vite, non pas en salle de muscu, mais lors de mon travail physique ou je porte tout les jours du lourd ! Je l'utilise avant mes sorties de compétitions de running aussi, et je me sens plus en forme, ou fatigué bien plus tard ! Ça aide à la récupération des muscles et tendons aussi. Ayant eu une tendinite du talon d'Achille à chaque pied, j'avais besoin d'un produit qui renforce les tendons et aide à bien récupérer, à côté d'exercices spécifiques au renforcement musculaire des tendons. Et j'ai l'impression que ce produit facilite les choses depuis que je le prend ! Acheté deux fois, je le rachèterai !

Hallo Für mich war Ecdysteron neu und ich habe es einfach ausprobiert und es bringt was. Erwarte keine Anabole wirkung und nicht irgendwie das du Krass damit aufbaust, aber...Dein Stoffwechsel wird wirklich angeregt und man wird wirklich lean "trotz aufbau" und der schlaf verbessert sich. Etwas Kraft kam auch aber erst nach einer einnahme von 12-14 Wochen. Es ist kein Wundermittel aber für den Preis und dafür das es kein Dopingstoff ist, ist es wirklich empfehlenswert.
