Really good product to keep an eye on what you are eating and how much you are exercising. It gives plenty of room to write: all the physical activity done during the week and list the time it was done for; the meals and snacks eaten each day and their calories; and a place to write your weight at the end of each week. Over all, a neat and handy book to have.
