This cuff works very well. The instructions to assemble are practically use less but you can work it out how to assemble.

First I must say that I've never used one of these before, and just bought it to try and teach myself, in order to compare results from an automatic BP sphyg.With that proviso, I'd say that this is a nicely made unit, with plenty of cuff room, and good quality tubing. The dial guage feels a good weight and travels smoothly and responsively on pumping and air bleeding.I haven't yet developed the confidence to be sure of the right sounds for the high and low cut off points, but that is my experience that is lacking, and I am quite satisfied with my purchase.
