Quality
I replaced a vintage old dish rack that I loved! It took me a long time to replace it with something similar! I was not hopeful that I would be happy with this dish rack but pleasantly surprised! We like that there is drain off to a spout to the sink! Works amazing! It holds knives, different sizes! It’s great quality!

Pretty and functional, but it's not the old Rubbermaid
I tried several dish drainers and this one was my final choice. Some were too small (and I tried to stay away from overly-large ones), and others I didn't like the color or features, but I really liked the looks of this one and got it in the combination gray (wire drainer) with black (utensil basket and bottom rack). This color combo is my favorite without being overall too dark or too light in color for my kitchen. As for the function, it's not near as good as my old Rubbermaid vinyl-covered wire dish drainer with coordinating rubber mat (you know, the kind that none of us can get anymore because Rubbermaid cheapened down and stopped making them well), but it will do since we don't have a lot of choices nowadays. I would have gone right back to Rubbermaid and bought another one and been thrilled with it if they were still making the old good ones. I should have appreciated this type of thing much more way back when they were the norm and plentiful and I'm sorry that at the time I just didn't really think anything about my dish drainer and took it for granted, because now I see what a gem it was and I miss those greatly. I guess I can still appreciate them in reverse, in my memory! The wire segments aren't arranged as well for me as the old Rubbermaid one and I have trouble getting things to stand up slanted to drain off if it isn't situated directly in the plate rack portion, and the whole thing does not all drain down into the tubing underneath. A good amount of water is left sitting on top of the mat. Also, the mat is rather flimsy as it is not too sturdy. So, new daily procedure. After every usage, I wait a bit for the dishes to dry off a little bit before I towel them completely dry, and then when I've removed them, I pick up the wire drainer and blot-dry the rubber feet off, set it aside, turn the mat up to empty all the leftover water in the sink, then use my damp dishrag to swipe over the whole thing quickly, especially the front corners of the mat, so it can go on and dry as I don't want any mold growth or nappy-looking hard water stains. It looks nice, I'll give it that, but let's see about longevity later. I do really like how the utensil basket can hang off the far end to save space while you're doing dishes, and then after it's all done I can just move it right back into the dish drainer to sit so it doesn't take up extra space on the counter.

Great quality and functionality
Was searching for a dish rack and landed on this one and am glad that I did. The material is high quality and sturdy so no danger of your dishes tipping over, it holds a lot so my family of four can eat and there is ample room in the unit for all the dishes we used. I like the drain and how it filters water out and how it does not slide on the countertop. Great item and you won't be disappointed.

Nice dish rack so far
It is very stylish and pretty roomy. I just wish the back legs were a little taller so that the water in the tray would drain out more completely. There is a lip around the whole tray that holds some water in that does not have enough gravitational pull to lead it down the little drain piece. I will try to add my own extra pieces to make it work better.

The best dish rack. Drains well
This is perfect! I love it ! It was easy to assemble, & I tested the drain, works great with no leaks ! I should have ordered this long time ago !

Almost perfect
This is almost exactly what I wanted, it's definitely tall enough for my raised edge sink and the drain in the tray works like a charm. The only thing that could be improved is the length of the extendable spigot to drain the water off, it goes over the edge but I'd like it to extend a bit further. The silverware rack can be moved where you need it, it drains nicely onto the tray which is hard to see to in the picture but it works well. I've had no messes. It does seem a bit smaller than I expected but I've had no issues.

Compact rack with some design flaws
This rack is smaller than ones I've had in the past and lacks side hooks for cups which I always used. However I've gotten accustomed to its compact design and I like the legs on the tray which allow me to clean beneath it. I wish the drainage spout was longer--it's a great idea but its dimension means that the rack has to be placed just at the edge of the sink. It feels precarious. My biggest complaint, though, is that the wire base is rusting and I realize I will have to replace it soon.
