Concerning the iMop reaching deep into corners, we are actually developing a triangular interchangeable mop head. This mop head will improve the iMop’s reach into the smallest of corners. Thankfully, most spills and dirt build-up in high traffic areas, but we also understand that some customers want to get deep into corners. It’s a trade-off when you go from a circle to a triangle because there is less absorption surface area with triangles.

Nonetheless, our goal is to ultimately provide our customers with both options. Please check back with us, because this is definitely in the works. Thanks again for the feedback!

Do I need to clean the inside reservoir regularly?

Thank you for your question. 
We advise that you can clean it after every use. It helps you develop a nice habit for effectively preventing bacteria growth.

Here's a basic way:
1.To disassemble the mop bucket for cleaning, twist the inner reservoir subassembly counterclockwise to the unlocked position printed inside the bucket. 
2. Remove the inner reservoir subassembly from the mop bucket to empty out and clean the inner reservoir bucket.

How well does it function on wood flooring?

Dear Customer,
It works great on the wooden floor! Its 10-inch microfiber mop head is super absorbent and will not leave too much water on the wood. 
The iMOP is easy to use and easy to take care of. You can customize the humidity of the mop head for different floor conditions. The following shows you how to do this.

Plunge the handle continuously at least 12 times to complete the whole process of cleaning and drying. 
1. First 6 spins: Moistening & Cleaning mop pad. 
2. Next 6 or more spins: Drying mop pad (the more spins, the drier).

Please use the smallest amount of water possible and make sure it is dry in a few minutes. Dry it off with a dry mop head if needed. Do not let the water sit there.
