Does the job
I have been using this product on my grandmother who gets pretty severe wax buildup. Her buildup gets so bad that it clogs her ears and causes her hearing issues. This stuff works just as well as the more expensive brand name ones and has the same active ingredient. It does a good job of loosening up her wax and allowing her ears to drawn. I'm pleased with it overall.

big difference sorry i never did this before.
I thought i needed hearing aids but didn't. Just one application and my volume on my t.v. whent from 45 down to 22. I also thought my diziness was my health. it seems that most of it is fine all the time. Great investment.

Very Effective for Earwax Removal
This product is extremely effective at removing earwax. I am only giving it four stars because the directions are vague. Once I read other reviews that said to let it soak in for 30 minutes before using the included bulb tool, it was disgustingly effective.

Terrible bottle
The bottle was either defective or poorly made. I squeezed it very tightly and still only a drop trickled out. Luckily I had my empty debrox bottle so I was able to open the top and pour it into that bottle. Otherwise it would have been in the trash. So much for saving a couple of dollars. You get what you paid for

Waste of Money!
This product will barely drip out of the bottle it’s so thick. Bottle is hard to squeeze. Waste of money!
