You for sure need a mat under your bike and I appreciate the quality of the original one. I've had it for a while and it's been pretty sturdy and easy to clean. No issues and I've had it for 2 years now.

Hatte aus Geiz-Gründen eine günstige gekauft. Was soll ich sagen: Kaufste günstig - kaufste zweimal. Geht nix über die Originalmatte, ist zwar teurer, lohnt sich aber

This is a high-quality mat, and it’s really important to be able to catch the puddles of sweat and easily wipe them up. We’ve had this a couple years and it has not worn or degraded at all.
