Vacuum-thermo formed abs construction, so the flange and corner are the proper thickness, shape, and size. The only issue is the top open end is very, very thin (think see-through) . It won't hold shape or take sealant unless you have adhered a rigid backing support. Other than that it works as intended.

You have to be careful with these as they're quite thin, but looks good when installed. Trim with scissors. Measure carefully.

"For 22" x 22" skylight holes" is NOT the case, the product is 22.5" wide where it fits into the opening. Did not work for me and I have to pay $54 to ship it back to the seller because he put the wrong size in his ad.First time I've ever had to pay to return a product on Amazon and I'm going to be filing a complaint with Amazon.Would definitely steer clear of anything sold by ShopEddies!

Ordered this by mistake, wanted to replace the smoked skylight in my shower. I didn't measure, went from memory and guessed wrong. So when I got a skylight 9" bigger than the 14 X 14 inch original, I decided why not? I am glad I did. It really brightened up a dark shower. The trim piece seemed a little thin, but looks good.

Worked well, but the material of this thermo/vacuum formed part becomes extremely paper-thin at the vertical edges. This, however, did make it very easy to trim via ordinary scissors. Must be handled with care to avoid creasing and damaging the plastic.
