Connections are in a different location on switch body but works same as original.
I bought this part for a Goodman GMP075-3 furnace. Here's a few tips:The main board status light will flash 2 or 3 times if the fault is in the pressure switch. 2 flashes means the switch is stuck closed, 3 flashes means the switch is stuck open. But before replacing the switch, remove the rubber hose and check for cracks or leaks, and replace the hose if faulty. I replaced my hose with automotive silicone vacuum hose years ago when I had a pressure switch fault caused by a cracked hose. The silicone hose takes the heat better than the OEM hose and does not crack with aging. Then before you install the hose, take a piece of stiff wire and rod out the hose nipple on the vent blower housing to make sure there is no debris clogging it. Soot and crud can get in there over the years. The negative pressure that the switch senses is very small and any blockage will cause trouble. If the pressure switch is stuck closed, the symptom is no vent fan startup when thermostat calls for heat. The main board needs to see an open pressure switch to begin the cycle or it will not start the vent blower. To make sure the vent blower is OK, disconnect the 2 wires from the pressure switch and start the cycle. The vent blower should start. Then if you jumper the 2 pressure switch wires together right away after the vent blower starts and keep them connected, the igniter will glow, the burner will light, and the furnace will run a normal cycle. You can even run the furnace manually this way in a pinch to keep the heat on. The voltage is low in the sensor wires so you don't have to worry about getting shocked. If the pressure switch is stuck open, the symptom is the vent blower starts but the igniter never comes on. Again, you can jumper the pressure switch wires at the proper moment to manually make the furnace run a cycle. Also be aware that a bad igniter gives this same symptom, and igniters do go bad, I've replaced my igniter more than once. But 2 or 3 flashes on the status light means it's probably the pressure switch. I suggest the jumper test and checking the hose and connections for leaks and blockage first, just to make absolutely sure it's the pressure switch before you buy one.
