We bought this book for our nephew, who is in his 2nd year on violin, after shopping around on Amazon. It was a great choice! He became interested in it right away, learning to play several tunes of his choice. It has plenty of Disney songs, both old and new, from very famous to lesser-known. It provided the biggest bang for our buck in the category of fun songbooks for the budding violinist.

so, some of the songs are really nice to sight read and some i am still struggling with. it is really nice to have a warm up and a straight up hard piece. keep in mind, i am probably mid level. im in the learning vibrato catagory. really fun and nice for different days and what im feeling. i recommend!

This song book is perfect for beginner to intermediate violinist. Some of the songs are a bit tricky but thats what I like about them. There are many different key signatures so if you don't know any other than d major then maybe reconsider. The book is big and you clear to read which is important for me because I have bad eye sight. I love Disney classics so 10/10

There's nothing wrong with the songs in this book. Easy to play. I just wish that there were more songs in it that I am familiar with. Some of them seem fairly obscure. So I wouldn't call it a Disney greatest hits collection. I won't send it back because I like playing about 1/4 of the songs. The others, frankly, I'll have to check out on Disney+ first to see what they sound like, as I've never heard them. But then they could be fun, so who knows.But if you look at the TOC and like what you see, then it's a handy book to have.

If you or your child play the violin and love Disney music then you will enjoy this book!

This book is ok for someone who has been playing the violin for a while being as though its not a book for beginners but has some really good songs in it once you get the hang of the notices.

I bought this for my husband who is starting to learn the violin. He is very happy with the song selections in this and can't wait to play all the songs. There are even songs from Disney movies that we are not familiar with - what they have in the book may not be complete but it's thorough to say the least. The fact that my husband and I are currently living here in the Philippines and they were able to ship it here is a big bonus ^_^

I like this book very much. It has a lot of songs that people forget about and it's good practice. I'm a beginner and these are doable... They need practice but are fun!
