Good but difficult to charge
we love this product but it has become increasingly difficult to charge. The magnetic charging part sticks to it but it doesn’t charge properly. We have to wiggle it around or turn it on it’s side before it starts to charge. I am expecting it to no charge at all soon. When we first bought it, it charged with no problems. What to do? It’s past the return date.

Second time - not working properly
First time the item worked: bubbles coming out and effectively cleaning.Second time: no bubbles at all. Twisted and tightened the electrolytes as said on instructions but nothing changing. Returning the product and buying a new one. Maybe we were just unlucky. We’ll see. Tried to contact the seller but no chance.

Stopped working after 5 times!
After using this product for a month stopped working! Going to cut losses can't see getting another please read reviews before buying!
