Designed for pre-workout activity basically gives you an energy boost due to all the energy inducing ingredients. It does make you feel tingly which is pretty normal for some of these type of products. The taste is a bit sour but after drinking plenty of water during a workout session this soon reduces considerably. USN have been around a long time, so they are a brand you can trust. This pre-workout is good value for money and can help make you progress if you have plateaued a bit. Overall 5 stars for the value and the ingredients, personally I am not too worried about the taste and haven't tried all of their flavours to compare.

Item is effective for a good gym session. Unfortunately on two separate occasions - I received out of date batch. Good of Amazon to refund straight away.

I’ve tried this pre workout a few times now before working out and I think it’s great! You just need one scoop of powder to 250ml of water and should drink about 30mins before exercising. I find that pretty instantly I start to get a tingly sensation and have the urge to get moving. It helps to get my mood up before the workout and makes the exercise more enjoyable. I also think that is really improves my performance. I find it best to not dip the Pre workout but to just quickly down it. The flavour is nice and enjoyable to drink. This is strong stuff so make sure you follow the instructions and don’t take more than recommended.

This product arrived with lid slightly open . The inner film plastic was also torn open and product inside not right - very concerned

Honestly save your money it isnt worth it , only gives me a slight energy boost in the gym , the taste is very weird almost wants to make me vomit if i dont drink water after it not so great

This stuff is what my Nephew wanted and he enjoys it so all is good.

I havnt used this product yet, but first impression is terrible, Why have a massive tub for very little product, it's easily a quarter of the tub has product in. Not happy at all with that.
