Love the bracelet which I purchased for my husband. However, ... it does not have the medical alert symbol on the clasp as described. This was the reason I purchased this particular one. We wanted the symbol to be visible even if the bracelet rotated on his wrist. Would have given it a 5-star rating as all else with the bracelet so far seems top-notch. But the lack of being as described was a bit of a bummer.

Perfect. Very pleased. Seems to be great quality. It was easy to remove one link to make the size correct. Recommend watching youtube video on how to do adjust length as the written instructions aren't easy to follow.I did not want one of those standard stainless steel type medical alert bracelets with the big red logo. They declare to the whole world that you have a health issue. This bracelet fits the bill perfectly. It's inconspicuous, and looks just like a piece of men's jewelry. On closer inspection, emergency personnel would notice the medical emblem on the bracelet quickly, but it wouldn't be noticed by others and doesn't stick out like those red emblems do.I'm very pleased with this and would recommend it to others.

This is a classy looking medical braceletAnd my husband really likes it. Only three stars because the first one I bought came open during a ride in the desert and was lost. Otherwise very nice.

I love this medical bracelet better than my other bracelets. This has great engraving on the back more room for what's wrong with me.

Nice bracelet. Had a few others and this bracelet by far is the best. The clasp is tight fitting and somewhat hard to get off, but that is what it's suppose to do. Black finish is attractive and very durable. Would definitely recommend spending the extra dollars for this.

If you ware a medical bracelet, then you know that most of them are garbage and will break on you in a matter of weeks. This bracelet seems to buck that trend by not having any plastic parts, and the medical logo is not some cheap painted on symbol, but metal and then clear epoxied to the bracelet. It actually looks good and can be worn with a suit or short sleeves and you don't look silly. I have noticed that the bracelet tends to rotate so the medical part is under the wrist, so my only suggestion is that the maker should include the medical symbol on the clasp, but that's a minor detail. As a bonus, all of the hinge pins seem to stay secure and don't poke out the side like many other bracelets made of sections.

This review is based on my experience of this company.I purchased the bracelet and it arrived within the time indicated.It was well packaged and It appeared to have been well made apart from the non-existent clasp, which renders the product useless as it can't be worn. I followed procedures and contacted the company twice, requesting a return but have heard asolutely nothing to date.I also went on their website, found an email address and mailed them, but still nothing.This is a relatively expensive product, but if there's a problem with it your on your own. So buyer beware.
