I am pretty thick through the middle & am currently avout 37 inches around the waist, this takes me down to about 34 inches. I ordered a large, will order a medium in thos style once this gets a little loser.

After kiddo #4 caused diastasis recti and kiddo #5 had polyhydramniosis and required and emergency c-section I thought I'd never get my body back! Finally!!!this thing is made to hide everything.i was able to put away all those oversize clothes.and bought beautiful clothes for my vacation.im petite with a big belly.but size up to be more comfortable.otherwise BEST PURCHASE EVERRRRR!!!!
