Updated review
I have never updated a review. I want to in this case. This PC is awesome. I left a negative review. I want to change my review. I wish to state I I copied my first review and plan to paste it in at the end of this updated review. I no longer place blame on jack's shop or Minisforum. I now have had 3 PC's that failed because of Windows 11 updates. In each of those incidents this same thing occurred. As most of you know when installing a Windows update restarting the PC is part of the installation. My 3 PC's that got messed up all did the same thing. Windows update appeared to be installing normally during the shutting down phase. However, during the starting back up phase all I got was a black screen. So I now blame Microsoft. I read news yesterday. Many others besides myself has had the same thing happen. My advice is to use Windows 10 until this issue is resolved. Also many people have successfully installed this update I don't know how a person is to know in advance if their PC will install the update successfully. I do know nobody wants to deal with this. This was my original review: I connected it and used it for awhile (2 weeks) a short while then I was told Windows had an update. I thought sure update windows. The PC has never booted since. Before that update I used this PC and was so happy with it. When that update occurred I contacted Minisforum. They replied that I failed to update the BIOS. They were saying in a nutshell that it was my fault for not updating the BIOS. I had it only 2 weeks. I have updated a BIOS before. Straight out of the box it needs a BIOS update or it will crash because of Windows update. Really how was I to know it needed to have a BIOS update or Windows update will crash it. When it worked it was totally awesome. I am posting this to inform new buyers, the very first thing they should do is find out if they need to update the BIOS or they may have the same thing happen them. They sold me a Windows PC with a BIOS that can't handle a windows update. Then said it was my fault for not updating the BIOS. It wasn't my fault like they (Minisforum) says they sold me a new PC with a flawed BIOS. They didn't want to backup their product so they blamed me.

Purchased 4 miniPCs and all are unreliable
Purchased four of these devices to use for public access computers in a public library. The ability to mount them on the back of the monitors was about the only nice feature. One of the units died within a month. Within three months, a second unit reports a drive failure, and the other two lock up repeatedly throughout the day. I contacted Minisforum's customer service department as soon as the first unit failed. After trying a few solutions they provided, they said the unit was dead and offered for us to mail it to them at our expense for a replacement. After not hearing from them upon receipt of the dead unit, I contacted them asking for an update. They said that the model we had purchased was no longer in stock, and offered another unit with a larger SSD drive for a $35 upgrade fee. I checked their website and found that the upgrade they are offering costs $130 less than our dead unit. On paper these miniPCs look great, and they performed well for a few days. Now, they are destined to be some very expensive paperweights.

Love it!
I love this tiny pc. It is tiny but fast and powerful. Absolutely love this computer. Everything is just snappy. Update: I had a problem with the USB4 connection. My third monitor was working for three months and all of a sudden it stopped working. I contacted support and they helped me to resolve the problem. Then I realized that there were two USBC ports. One was labeled USB4 and the other just had a USBC symbol. I kept connecting the monitor to the symbol instead of the USB4 port. When I switched the connection to the USB4 port, the third monitor worked again. I was very embarrass to say the least. Total human error. Anyways, I emailed support and told them what happened and were happy that I resolved the problem. They were very patience with me. I would buy from then again.

Went all green screen.
I bought this in 1/2024. It worked well for a period of time. Approximately 10/2025, it went green screen and has never recovered. I have had it with an IT specialist for a couple of months now. He has tried a couple of fixes but no luck. He has tried to communicate with the company but they have not been very responsive. I was hoping this would work for the light duties expected of it. However, it appears that the company does not want to be helpful if their product goes bad. That is unfortunate. when it worked it was great. Just wish that it had worked longer than it did.

Excellent buy
I LOVE this little guy. I work in data processing field and this little computer is a gem! It boots fast, was inexpensive, and powers everything a home computer needs to without taking much space on my desk. I intended to run Ubuntu Linux as I though I was buying a machine with no operating system as the item description literally just said OS. I was pleasantly surprised to see it did come with a licensed copy of Windows 11, so now I dual-boot. NOTE to manufacturer: mentioning that might be a selling point. Setup is nothing just a few basic cables and though the BIOS is simple (if you're into messing around with those kinds of things), it's easy to use. I do wish there were a few more USB ports and a dual video card, but anther $30 on Amazon for accessories and I got a hub and a USB-C to 2 HDMI extender. It comes with some AMD accelerator software to make gaming better, but that's not what I use it for so have not tried it. Could not be happier! Actually want to buy about a dozen to upgrade my office.

This worked well for 2 years (just under). Then one day, "green" screens. I replaced the memory, hard drive, hdmi cables, monitor, and even put on new thermal paste, but it just green screens after about 1-2 minutes of use. From all my research, this appears to be a video card issue, but given that the video is embedded into the CPU, there's no way it can be fixed. Not saying all of these will suffer the same fate, but, after researching more, it's not that uncommon either.

This was a wonderful PC until it literally hit the 1 year mark. The graphics card is failing and causing green screens and won't stay on for more than a few moments. I've freshly installed windows and it cannot get past the windows installation without blanking out.
