It gives warmth, but if I keep it to close to my skin it feels burning after 10min exposure. So it definitely works. Clip is not that functional, but I use stand and it works.

The box was packed well and arrived in one day. I already own and am sold on LifePro’s red light therapy equipment, but love having something smaller than the Bioheal panel or sauna blanket and larger than the Lumicure. It’s perfect to keep on the nightstand for daily treatment of knees and ankles. I’ve seen improvement in my swollen, injured knee after 4-5 few days!!! I also hooked it directly to my nightstand to focus on healing two small spots on my face, which were totally healed after 2 days. I love the concentration of light for problem areas. It’s as simple to use as plugging in and pushing a button. As an aside, I will tell you to verify it is clipped securely.

Who knew that this little red light could help with pain and joint inflammation among so many other things, I sure didn't. That is until I tried it now, I use it daily and/or nightly and it helps with some old injuries like my shoulder and my knee that tend to want to be really bothersome and painful at times. Easy to assemble all you do is screw the bulb into the lamp. Read the directions first and then turn it on. About 15 minutes later you're all done with your treatment and with consistent use (about a month ),I have found less pain and less information, as well as being able to move more freely. I have yet to try to use it for my skin. Like skin tightness and fine line reduction and pigment issues. But I will soon. The only thing I can think that needs improving is the clip on the lamp it's not strong enough for the weight of the bulb or big enough to securely clamp it where I need it to be. Side of a table. But other than that this is a great little device that I will be using for many years to come. Can't wait to see what LifePro comes out with next Love their stuff!
