Good printer
Good printer with low ink cost and good colour output. Easy Wi-Fi setup and mobile printing works well. Slightly slow for bulk printing, but overall a solid and economical all-in-one printer.

"Easy to use, quiet, and the ink lasts a very long time. Print quality is excellent for everyday use. A bit of a chore to set up initially, but works perfectly once it's up and running. Much better than my previous cartridge-based printer!"

Misleading features and poor performance — not worth the money
I’m really disappointed with this printer. First of all, it says “2-sided printing,” but it’s not automatic. You have to manually flip the paper to print on the other side — so it’s not real duplex printing. The printing speed is also way slower than what they mention. For colour prints, they say 24 ppm (which should be around 2.5-3 seconds per page), but in reality, it takes around 25 seconds for each colour page. For black-and-white, they claim 30 ppm, but it actually takes 15 seconds per page. Even the scanning quality is not good. Some scanned pages came out unclear and blurry, and the scanning speed is very slow. It takes a lot of time to scan even a single page. Also, the installation was supposed to be done within 72 hours of delivery. But even after 48 hours, no one contacted me. I got a call later and the installation finally happened after 72 hours. On the first day itself, a paper got stuck inside the printer. I used a clean sheet directly from the packet, so there was no issue with the paper. I tried opening the front door to remove it, but it didn’t come out. I had to call a known technician to remove it. Overall, many of the features mentioned on Amazon are misleading. Please don’t blindly trust everything that’s written.

Excellent product and great support from HP. Easy to install but also the support is great. Got a call from them guiding the process for extended warranty as well and it was very smooth. Happy with the purchase

Poor Performing Printer
Item is not at all satisfactory. It takes minimum 5 minutes to start print after giving the print command. Very Very Slow printing and really fed up of the Item

Der Drucker ist nicht für den Deutschen Markt gedacht. Konnte nicht in Deutschland registrieren. Habe Polen aus gewählt. Verbrauchsmaterial läßt sich dann über die App nur auf polnisch in Polen bestellen. Also nutze ich die App nicht. Sonst ist alles auf Deutsch einstellbar. Es ist halt sehr schön das der Drucker Tanks hat, ohne Chip der sagt die Patrone ist leer. Habe bisher noch keine Tinte nachkaufen müssen. Weil so viel Tinte in den Tanks ist.
