The instructions for assembling this were great. Each piece including screws was labelled and matched the instructions making it easy to get the right pieces first time. I also liked that every screw and dowel had one more than was needed so I have spares. It took about an hour and a half to build although I’m not the fastest so it may take someone else less time. I did lay out all the items first and check off each piece to ensure I had everything before starting. The keyboard tray can be adjusted in height easily even once fully built, this was helpful as I did need to adjust mine. The motor under the desk is compact and it’s on the right side along with the plug. The plug has a decent length cable so even though my sockets are on the other side it reaches fine. Adjusting the desk height it’s easy and quiet, I can do whilst on a call and the other person didn’t hear it. I have the 120cm version and I am easily able to fit two monitors on the raised part, my laptop on the main desk (I use 3 screens) and then my keyboard and mouse on the pull out tray. The wooden top is a decent quality and is a good thickness. None of the screws split the wood or came through it. It’s sturdy and looks good. Overall I’m really pleased with this desk, it wasn’t cheap but I think the price reflects the quality and performance.

very easy to assemble with instruction, and surprisingly easy to operate when fully assembled. quality metal and desktop plank than expected. would be better to have swivel castors wheels included. overall a great buy at this price.

Pros: Smooth & Quiet Motor: The electric adjustment is impressive for the price. It moves smoothly and doesn't make much noise, which is great for early-morning shifts. Solid Build: The frame feels sturdy, even when extended to a standing height. There’s very little wobble compared to other budget standing desks. Looks Great: The finish is clean and professional; it definitely elevates the look of the home office. Cons: The "Drawer Dilemma": While having a drawer is great for storage, it creates a bit of an ergonomic issue. For the most comfortable typing position, your wrists should be slightly below your elbows (arms at a 90-110° angle). Because the drawer adds thickness underneath the desktop, you might find that if you lower the desk to get your arms at the right height, the drawer ends up hitting your thighs or knees. Leg Clearance: If you are taller or have a thicker office chair, you have to choose between having the desk at the "correct" height for your arms or having enough room to cross your legs. Overall: It’s a 5-star desk if you just need a sturdy adjustable surface. However, if you are strict about ergonomic posture (wrists below elbows), keep in mind that the drawer makes the desktop "thicker," which limits how low you can bring the keyboard without hitting your legs.

Fantastic desk, I'm so pleased that I purchased it for my home office. Easy to assemble on my own following the instructions (although it took me 2 business days to complete as I was feeling unwell) Most frustrating thing was that I somehow managed to attach the runners upside down for the keyboard tray, right at the start, but didn't realise until the end when it was time to insert the tray! Pay attention to the diagram particularly when assembling the desk upside down. The under shelf light adhesive did not affix to the shelf but as there were spares of the cable tidy adhesives I used these instead. Overall really easy to put together and it all works perfectly. I would definitely recommend.

Overall a wonderful buy and good for value. Looked across the web for electric desks and found this to be the cheapest WITH a keyboard tray! Keyboard tray does seem slightly smaller than expected and abit flimsy but does the job considering it's already cheaper than other ones without the tray. Motor works perfect and lets you preset heights when you hold down any number at the set height which I love! I bought the brown one which looks beautiful. I love the holes for wires plus the small sticky thing to keep the motor wire tucked nicely under the desk. Headphone hooks are wonderful too and overall it gives a nice space with simplicity. The size I bought was 140cm and it fit perfectly in front of my window! 9/10. Cons: The split board is somewhat concerning although there are no issues as of yet. Keyboard tray is a little small/flimsy but that could be a personal opinion. Would recommend!

Good price and reasonable quality. Not hard to assemble

Looks great and not too hard to assemble, however, stopped working shortly after purchase, lumbered with a desk stuck at a height I can't sit or stand at, absolutely useless. Sometimes things that appear too good to be true are just that!

This is an excellently designed and manufactured product. It's not simple to assemble, but it is easy when you follow the instruction diagrams. Even setting the presets is not complicated if you follow the instructions. One of the nice things is that they include the cable ties, so making it look organized is easy with a little pre-thought. They throw in what seems to be a small pencil "drawer" (for lack of a better description) that I chose not to use. Some of the earlier reviews showed dissatisfaction with the assembly instructions. If that was the case then, it certainly is not the case now. Follow the steps and orient the pieces as shown. It will go together just right for you.

9/10 - almost a perfect desk. Initially I was hesitant to purchase a standing desk from a brand I had never heard of, and after reading the lowest-rated reviews I was a little nervous, but boy am I glad I decided to purchase this desk anyway! Assembly was relatively easy (took about an hour - make sure you have a power drill on hand to speed things up!), and the desk is actually really sturdy contrary to what some reviews say. The motor is fairly quite when raising and lowering the desk, and we haven't had any issues with motor failure or computer glitches with the control panel. The desk looks really sharp, and the instructions were very well done with very little confusion during assembly. The only issue I've had with this desk so far is that while most of the screws that went into the particle board underside of the desk anchored nice and tightly without any spinning, probably a total of 3-4 of the screws that went into the underside continued to spin and would not tighten to the point that they would not turn any more. Nevertheless, those screws do still seem to keep the components well connected and as I mentioned, there are not stability issues with this desk. I'm not sure what "flimsiness" other reviewers have experienced, but this desk doesn't wobble even with a 40 lb. monitor, two speakers and a laptop on it. The design is also well done and thoughtful. The keyboard tray is slightly adjustable in height and the only complaint I have is that I do wish that it was a little bit wider. The space is slightly cramped if you use a full-size keyboard plus a mouse. An extra 5 inches of width would have been appreciated. The desk includes two hooks for hanging headphones which can also provide some degree of cable-management. A very nice touch. There are a few other cable management features which are nice. Up and down movement is smooth and the control panel is easy-to-use and intuitive. The position memory controls work well and the desk has a good degree of granularity in the height settings. Overall I'd recommend this desk for anyone who doesn't need a ton of space for mouse movement, or anyone who uses a ten key-less keyboard (which would give you more space for the mouse).

Within a year, my desk started acting up and became stuck at the bottom level. I emailed the company and over the last MONTH they have gradually told me all of the instructions for resetting the device…almost purposively leaving out key details, requiring me to go back and forth with them, sending them a video each time, over and over again. And before they gave me the last detail, they wanted me to snap a picture of the product PACKAGING ?! Why would I keep the box it came in? I give the desk 5 stars. And if I could, I’d give the customer service 2 stars; 1 for doing their job (by responding to the emails); and 1 for eventually giving me all of the necessary instructions; minus 3 for wasting my time with incompetence when they could have given me the full reset directions the very first time I asked. How to reset it? 1. Put the desk in the lowest position it will go. 2. Hold the down button for 15 Mississippi Secs. 3. Instantly release and press and hold again, and you will see the desk go down and up again. This is the manual reset process. Test the desk. If this does not work, repeat the first 3 steps above, without testing the desk after, and go immediately into the next steps: 4. Press and hold the S button for 15 Mississippi secs. You will see several things pop up until is says FACT on it. 5. At this point, press the S button 1 time. 6. Now test the desk again, and see if it works. 7. If the desk still doesn’t work, record a video of you going through all of these steps; first 1-3, and testing it; then 1-6, testing it. Then take a picture of the labels on each leg underneath; oh. And do not forget to take a picture of the product label of the box you got it in as well; everything. Otherwise, you will spend a month talking to a very pleasant, yet incompetent representative. Notice to that representive / owner: [email protected] Wasting a customer's time(life) by portioning out the instructions for resetting this desk is the biggest disrespect; You could have given me the full instructions the very first time I asked; and my desk could have been working 3 weeks ago. I hope you take this criticism to heart, and correct your approach to customer service; because if you want to piss off the customer, portioning out the instructions at your convenience is a great tactic to lose all respect and my future recommendation. The desk works. So I'll leave a 5 star review; but if I have to come back and talk to you, and you give me a run around like this again, I'll will not be so nice in return. Please fix your approach to such emails by typing out a full instruction template, with proper spelling and grammar; including the details of how to record the process so that it can all be handled in 1 email exchange. I should not have had to go back and forth with you. Good bye. For now.
