I’ve been using Bio Trophic for several years. It was prescribed to me by my naturopath. It’s part of my daily routine.

I've been using Biotics abd5 plus for many years so I trust this company. I thought I'd give this a try. For me, this made a difference. I know everyone is different and what works for some won't for others. This has everything I was looking for in a supplement. I have more energy and feel less foggy. I take 3 a day. It took a bit to notice a difference, maybe a week or 10 days. Really like them. Will be sticking with them.

Made my very very very sick to my stomach, as bad as a tummy virus. Tried it over and over to be sure it was the cause and it definitely is. Works for my teen fine though!
