Keep the old machine going!
Amazed I could get a part for my vintage electric Singer sewing so readily. This belonged to my Aunt who was a shirt maker. The machine was made in 1935. It has a replacement motor in the late fifties but is otherwise original including the bulb. Will now treat it to a new belt for the spool winder. I find the tension is much more even than my modern machine. I do patchwork and it's the old faithful which comes out of the cupboard first every time. So good to know if this supplier.
