I suggest you view the size chart on their web page for guidance.

Q: I have a 32" waist and a 40" chest (tall athletic build) What size will fit me best?

I think go large. The waistbands fit very well but you will probably need large for the chest. My husband wears medium and he is 31" waist and 49" chest

Imk 6'4" too but with larger waist and 34 inside leg. The XXL size fits me. I think waist size might be too big for you however
