Why is extra strength prevagen better than the regular?

I didn't see any difference in my memory with Prevagen , only less money in my bank account . I tried it for 3 months . I wouldn't recommend it .

Should I buy the 10mg or 20 mg pills?

My husband and I have taken the regular strength for about 7 years and find it sufficient. We are in our early 70’s.

Is there a difference in effectiveness between the pill and the chewable?

I have used only the chewable and they work great! I would not suppose that there is any difference?
