I've had trouble with sleeping for a long time and have tried many things. I believe this moringa is helping! I tried to take it at night but I believe it kept me up HOWEVER I started taking it first thing in the morning and I am definitely sleeping better! I think my issue is cortisol so by dialing that down with the moringa my sleep has improved. Very happy with this purchase! It's easy to take, I just pop 2 capsules with water first thing in the morning and I'm good to go. I also have more energy during the day. Win Win !

A friend forwarded me a video about the Moringa tree and its products and, I immediately went on Amazon to look for one to order. My first thought was to get something organic and it took me a while before I landed on Moringa capsules from Zen. I was surprised to get the package in 2 days and took the capsules as per instructions on the same day I received them. Overnight, I could feel a change with my digestive system as well as sleeping way better. The initial results of feeling much better were immediate. I'm 62 so anyone over 55 may understand the minor pains and aches that comes with getting older. I have been taking the capsules everyday since and together with my usual exercise regimen, my general health and overall feeling has improved. The only thing that I have problems with is swallowing the capsules because they are so light and feels like they are floating in the mouth when taking them with liquids. I will continue to take the capsules and the only thing that I may change would be to try Moringa in other forms including the free leaf powder so I do not have to have difficulty in ingesting Moringa.

I usually take supplements with a dose of cynicism--hopeful that they will do something but not holding out great hope for some fast and significant improvement. But I was suffering from joint pain and was almost certain to have been prescribed a pharma medication to resolve the issue--something I didn't really want to do. So before going down that road, I decided to give this a try. Within days I saw a significant improvement in my joint flexibility. The swelling was noticeably reduced--even my doctor saw the difference. My doctor is still not convinced, though she has no other explanation for the improvement I've seen so far. So based on my experience to date, I have to give this product two thumbs up!

just got mine (shipped outside US), expiry date says 2019 luckily its not tampered I think.. for future buyers just make sure to check the expiry date and maybe the color of the powder inside capsule once delivered, I hesitated before due to reading old comments here that they got a product which has a tampered expiry date(erased by marker or removed from bottle)., color should be between lightgreen to green, brown color means its been oldstock and the nutrients might be minimal to zero., I don't have any sickness so I won't be able to observe the effects early, but I expect that this will boost my immune system..
