Only works with 'rubber' catheter, silicon ones are too big in diameter.

I had a nephrostomy tube put in and the strap they gave me at the hospital to hold the bag was inadequate to say the least. I ordered multiple products and tried different ways to hold the bag to my leg. This one was the best, it is strong and keeps the bag discretely on my leg, and fits under all of my clothing. Only reason for giving it 4 instead of 5 stars, is the elasticity of the band gets stretched out after about 2 months of use. But good thing is they come in a pack of 3, so I just changed them out.

Although these straps are more comfortable than the ones provided by the bag manufacturer they slipped down my thigh faster than than the stock straps. I had high hopes but no result and I can’t return them because I’ve worn them. I’m looking into other solutions

Straps are ok IF you remain sitting however if it contains ANY liquid and you walk, the top strapwill immediately slide down.

This looked like a good and effective product. After 3 days the bag started to slip down my leg. Even after tightening the strap it slipped even lower down my leg, creating tension and pulling on the catheter line extending from my penis. This is a product that did not work for me and I would caution potential buyers to beware.

I like this holder it kept the bag and the catheter in place. With tight bicycle shorts the irritation of the catheter against the head was minimized
