Definitely would recommend
I wasn't sure about ordering these after reading previous reviews, but I thought I'd give them a try. I'm very pleased to say my box is perfect, no air filled packets. These were a great price on Amazon as well and I picked up from a locker so postage was free.

White water?
Liked the portability. Disliked quality. I like strong tea and coffee but needed four to taste.

Shelf-life is short
Choose to by individual sachets to avoid throwing away part used cartons, but disappointed to receive product with only a 3 month shelf-life. Thought this would be longer....

Sachets of air!
Opened the box and found numerous empty sachets, they are sealed but just full of air! This product cannot be returned either.

You need five for a cup
One doesn’t do anything. These are so weak that you need at least five, and more if you prefer a milkier tea. One air filed sachet, others are fine.

Perfect for visitors
These are so great, hopefully hotels will start using them too! One for a strong tea, two for normal, three or four for a more milky one.

Why so small?
The little packets might be recyclable but I find I have to use eight of them in a mug of tea!
