Are these to replace missing teeth in dentures or for making resin to replace a missing tooth?

I'm using it to replace a missing tooth in a partial. They come in a ton of different sizes and are pretty long. I had to use a dremel to file it down and gorilla glue and then let it dry and then touch up with dremel again. Probably not the best process but it's worked for me

What size is larger, 22 or 23? And is there a way to purchase multiple sizes in one package? I'm looking to buy medium and large size teeth
