Good value, Great for people with slim waist
The normal problem I have with weight belts is they slip off cause my waist is slim. With this belt I can clip it and pull real tight to make it very stable. Highly recommend. Also, I wrapped some nylon rope around the metal chain and it works well as a silencer. The metal chain clanking around is obnoxious.

Stitching gave out around the hook!
I really like this belt. Purchased in December and the stitching gave way. It really needs to be reinforced. I was under the max recommended weight as well. 😡 I had the stitching reinforced @ a cost of $25 nylon thread! See pictures.

Great so far
Great for squats, Deadlift, and weighted dips.The belt slips if you don't double through the clip but even then it works great. Well worth it.

Buckle defective
Buckle unlatches easily. This was a waste of my money

Not bad
The belt itself is good, the only problem I have is that the buckle opens up. It has a cheap locking mechanism.
