Great product!
One of my batteries would not charge, but it came with 2. I absolutely love this saw! Works great for taking down branches and small trees!

One of the 2 batteries shipped with package does not work
While the chainsaw itself is easy to use and effective, one of the 2 batteries supplied with the tool does not get charged or work.

The must have saw
I purchased this saw a month or so ago. It came in and put to work cutting tree branches. I normally use a polesaw but needed a saw but can't cut limbs that are close. I needed a cordless saw that I can cut limbs close to me. It's powerful and light and has a six inch blade. It came in a strong plastic case. Included were everything you need to get the job done. Only I did like was the design of case it came in. They could've come up with a better layout. After I removed everything from the case it like doing a zigsaw puzzle to put it all back. All in all it's a great saw.

Ease of use
one of the batteries last about a minute and then the saw doesn't work. I have it fully charged. I must have been shipped a bad battery..

Ok product
It is a powerful chainsaw. A fill charge batty lasted about 2 hours. When using the first time, be careful of chainsaws kicking back. It cuts trees or 4x4 fast without force. Only downside is that you need to oil every 10 ~15 cuts to prolong chain and blades (wishing I bought an auto oiling chainsaw ). Otherwise, it is a powerful chainsaw.

Easy to use nice and lightweight mini Chainsaw
Very useful mini chainsaw for every homeowners, I've cutted 15 branches, battery still in same bars. if you have backyard with some trees you will need it.There was a battery problem ,seller respond in a few hours to my message and send me a replacement. I strongly recommended it and plus you will receive after selling support

Piece of junk.
This is poorly built. The trigger switch was iffy to begin with and stopped working after two hours of use, not recommended at all.
