The chair arrived after 4 days (predicted were 8 to 10 days). It took me about 20 minutes to assemble. The instruction were clear. The YA1005 provides good back support. The heating is a little bit too weak. I am happy with the product .

So far it's great! The chair itself is comfortable and the foot rest is convenient. The massaging function is ok, and it's what you would expect from a chair like this. My only worry is that with excessive use the seat will start to crack because it's not real leather. But we'll have to wait and see.

Very sturdy and easy to put together

The unit looks good and assembly was very easy, however after using it a couple of days I noticed a discomfort in my waist and it was caused because the seat is not in perfect level. I re-checked the assembling including wheels and base and it was OK, maybe a manufacturing defect caused the off level problem

I bought this chair about eight months ago. With me having a bad back, I was in the market for a new chair. The description they provided, was exactly what I was looking for. Very disappointed in the comfort, and quality. It squeaks every time I move or turn, very annoying. It wasn't a prime product at the time of purchase, so the shipping wasn't free, and it didn't offer warranty protection at that time ( that should have been my first clue). The comfortability has gotten worse. I guess that's to be expected over time. I paid 199 + taxes + shipping. I wouldn't pay the 129 that they are asking now. I don't know why some ppl are saying this chair is comfy, sturdy and they love it. I do not recommend this chair!

I thought this would be a great chair for my office, however it is extremely uncomfortable if you work from home and are in it all day. There is absolutely no padding for your bum.I would not recommend this chair what so ever.It is easy to put together.The heating element doesn't get warm what so ever.
