AlpenNo Added Sugar 1.1KG

This is a European-style Muesli; lots of fiber from grains. Curiously, it has plenty of flavor too. Mouth-feel is crunchy. Haven't cooked it, but I expect it works well that way, with oat flakes as the base ingredient.

This product is imported from the UK, and therefore has milk powder in it. This is the key ingredient for authenticity and deliciousness! I’ve only occasionally been able to find the holy grail of Alpen with both sugar and milk powder, but this is a nice second best.

This is the product that's imported directly from the UK. So (of course) it looks and tastes exactly like the Alpen you buy there.Amazon also imports a 14oz box from Canada. That Alpen is darker and slightly crunchier than the UK one.I prefer the taste of the UK Alpen, which has a finer grain and - in my opinion - a smoother taste.The price difference by weight is negligible. However, I often buy the Canadian import because the UK one is air-mailed directly to me by the single packet, which is wasteful of transportation.(The Canadian Alpen arrives in the USA in large quantities overland.)

No contiene azúcar, gluten

Item arrived and had a corner that had clearly been cut open by someone previously. Obviously that gives me safety concerns and is not sanitary. But not only that, it made a mess of muesli all over my kitchen. I’m so upset I wasted money on this.

This cereal is not sweet at all so you have to be used to and like unsweetened. I add berries for sweetness. I soften the grain with with a bit of milk then add plain greek yogurt. Yum!

This is the European one with the weird dried milk dust. Make sure that is the one you want before ordering
