Good product for the price
Very good product for the price. App and console easyish to use but make be a little tricky for non IT people. Over all good quality picture and recording. Night vision is good with lighting around the area! Not so much when complete darkness. Don’t expect number plate recognition though. Had to contact Sannce technical support over issue with camera. They were excellent and very helpful to resolve the issue. Very easy to communicate with. Great supper on the product.

Excellent Product - Affordable price - Easy installation
I was looking for a professional CCTV installation in my property. I always found professional CCTV very expensive when you buy it from High street shop and installation cost is very high. After seeing the review in Amazon i bought this product. The product came in a secure pack as stated in advert. All accessory was present within box. Installation guide was simple and easy. A very good product to protect your property 24/7 remote viewing. I am overall impressed with the product purchase. It took me more than 2 months to leave a review - just because i want to experience myself about this product and provide a genuine review. I would highly recommend this product.

Great system at a great price.
This is a great little system. The picture quality and clarity is very good and the app is a breeze to install, set up and use.I went for the no HDD option and installed a 2TB WD Purple drive. Gives good recording time.Only reason I took a star off is that the cables supplied are next to useless. I made my own Cat6 cables and the signal transmission holds good speeds.Build quality is hidh, solid feeling camera bodies and DVR is good.Install was easy enough, just position the cameras and run your cables.I would definitely recommend this system as good an alternative to the expensive non PoE systems as I could find.

Impressed for the money.
Testing before installation - making sure everything works before running the cables. Thought I'd give a quick review.Downloaded the XMeye app from Google Play rather than the link (QR code) given as using that would mean adjusting the security settings on my phone (which I wasn't keen on). That worked fine and was useful for adjusting camera angles during installation.Edit - the app worked fine until I went away from home a second time and an update to the XMeye app messed up the "device list", so the only way to view my cameras remotely (until I got home) was to connect via a remote PC and Teamviewer (which I run anyway).Stuck an old hard drive into the box for testing. Depending on how that fills up will decide the size of hard drive I eventually fit.All the cables and cameras worked. The cables use standard 568b wiring protocol, so wouldn't be hard to replace down the line. Two 25m long, and two 15m long ethernet cables are supplied, but I suspect a good bit longer might be OK depending on the quality of cable used.Used an old VGA monitor for setup. (No VGA or HDMI lead supplied, and obviously no monitor)The mouse feels really cheap, but is acceptable as it won't get much use. Once it's set up, I'll see how well the movement sensing and other software works.Going to use slightly longer screws for mounting than the ones supplied, they'd barely get through the render here but would probably be fine on an unrendered wall. (In real life, they were actually fairly good through the render)The mounting plates for the cameras can be removed for fitting, which is useful, but not to the point where the cable attached to the camera fits through the hole in the middle, which would be better. If you don't want to drill a hole through the wall where they mount, may want to terminate the cables to feed bare cable rather than rj45 through a wall. (Big SDS drill and a hole through the wall won out) Removing the waterproof connector from the leads is easy enough, just used the supplied Allen key to depress the tongue on the RJ45, so running your own cables, or fitting the coupler to existing cables wouldn't be difficult. (Did it to fit the lead through a vent)Generally impressed so far, especially for the money. PoE, so if I want to upgrade later, won't need to run new cables (I didn't want to go wireless).

Unable to get problems sorted
after 5 or 6 emails to sort out problems no closer to a solution.Had a car broken into and the cameras caught the act. Cameras were set up to record 25FPS. because it actually records in 10fps footage was unusable as all images were blurred. One camera is now stuck in colour mode and solution provided was showing the wrong interface so was not applicable to my unit. backup video not only was 10fps but was not recognised by most players. VLC would not play it and MPC had to start the video from the beginning everytime you wanted to watch it as the time bar just reset it to the beginning.so after these emails, I am no closer to any solutions and this is my last message to the support team. Here are some questions.1. Why is avi mode included when you then say not to use it in your last email?2. Why is the unit recording in 10 FPS when it is set to 25fps. This can be seen using the actual jerky footage from the sannce unit on a connected monitor.3. As I said earlier why is one camera now stuck in colour mode? The advice you gave was no good as I said in the email. The information you gave had a different interface and those options you said to follow were not there to select in the interface I had. Yet still no answer.4. This is now the 5th or 6th message to fix the broken unit and we are no nearer to getting ANYTHING fixed.5. I have just done a h264 backup as you said avi is "broken" and video still plays at 10fps (as I expected). I am unable to move the timeline (seek) in MPC (media player classic) and VLC does not even see it as a video file and won't play it. The systems backups in is flawed. To get to the bit I want to watch I have to watch through 3 minutes to get to the bit I want to watch.Since then another camera is not showing signs of been poorly made and a quarter of the ir leds do not now come on.Was told rubbish by support that h264 was used as more secure than avi which is a lie.The only way to play the backup video correctly is to use their video player (which looks dodgy at best and may well be sending information to them). using vlc or mkv will not work properly. so, in theory, the police you send video to would need their player installed on their system to view. What police force would do that? When installed this seems like a good system but it will go into 10fps when dark (colour or ir mode), at 10 fps images become too blurred to see anything moving like a prowler, cameras may well start to misfunction with a month of installation. Video backup (to usb stick) is unviewable in many players and the only one that works for sure might well be spying on you as its Chinese software from an unknown source. If you intend for the police to view any footage you will need to get them to install it themselves.
