Q: I bought 3 of the 60w. Why 2 cables coming out. Is 30watts each cable

Split output 60W total, from 0-60 to 60-0 just for the convenience of wiring.

Q: Can i use a standard 120v wall dimmer to control this unit? with led mr16 bulbs?

First: bulbs should be DIMMABLE. Second: output of this unit is 12 volt. LED MR-16 is 120 volt. Not sure why you using it.

Q: There were no direections with the singpad led trransformer. as a novice, how do i connect the two cables to my low voltage wire? please help

Each low voltage wire can handle 30 watt ( 2.5 AMP ). If your load is a single line and is more than 2.5 AMP, then PARALLEL output wires And connect it to the load. Or you can feed 2 loads 2.5 AMP simultaneously.

Q: Is this instant on, or is there a delay?

Cannot tell. Used for outdoor LED sign. For me it is not important. Usually drivers do not have delay.
